TOURNAMENT RULES AND REFEREE PAY
2012 - 2013 SEASON

BONITA VISTA (BARONS) TOURNAMENT

Varsity 2x40 with two refs at $63 pre ref per game
Non-varsity 2x30 with one ref at $64 per game
Playoffs at all levels 2x40 with two refs at $63 per ref per game

Pay is by association check

Semi-final and final tie games:
Four 5 minute “sudden victory” periods. Start overtime periods with 10 players. Reduce by one player after each non-scoring period until four periods are exhausted. If still tied “Kicks From the Mark” at a site next to the fields.

CATHEDRAL CATHOLIC - Butch Lee Memorial

Duration of matches: 2 X 35
Payment method: school pay vouchers & checks

Bracket and consolation games
two referees, $57 each
ties allowed, no overtime

Semi-finals & finals
Three referees, $66 center & $53 per AR
Tie breaker: OT then kicks (See Below)
Overtime duration: 1X 15 with golden goal

Any player on the roster may participate in the shoot-out even if she was not playing. At least ten (10) different players from each team must take a turn shooting before any player from a team can take a second penalty shot.

FRANCIS PARKER BOYS SOCCER TOURNAMENT

All games are 2x30 with a five minute halftime. All dual refs.
Grace period 5 minutes
No overtime in pool play.

Semi-finals and finals: a tie will immediately go to kicks from the mark.

School Pay Vouchers & Checks. $50 per ref per game.

All games are dual refs except the varsity final which is three. No overtime in pool play.

Varsity and JV semi-finals and finals tie breakers are 2x7 overtimes with golden goals then kicks from the mark.

Ties in the quarter final, semi- finals and final, will go to 2-10 minutes sudden death.

Kicks from the mark if no winner in OT.

Pay is by voucher filled out on the field.

SAN DIEGO HIGH SCHOOL TOURNAMENT

All games are 2x40 minutes
Pay is by voucher at the game site: $63 per official for two referees

Quarter-finals and semi-finals are two referee games.
2x40 minutes, OT is 2x10 minutes with golden goal followed by kicks from the mark.

Tournament Final is a three referee game
Ref: $73, AR's: $59
2x40 minutes, OT is 2x10 minutes with NO Golden Goal, followed by kicks from the mark.
